Yum! Perfect with a little scoop of Trader Joe's organic chocolate soy ice cream. =) I used the peppermint patty version of this recipe. I didn't have enough peppermint extract so I ground up a couple of candy canes found in the cabinet. Did the trick quite nicely. Might have to try the eggs next Easter...

Tomorrow, I'll post pics of my sewing project from today. =)
