well, just look at that!

Look what happened to make its way into my life...

She needs a little work (and a name), but she's a beauty! I'm told this is from the early 1800s but I haven't done any research. The price was right though and I don't mind adding a little elbow grease to get her back into fighting (spinning) shape. :-)


  1. Wowza! It's amazing it survived since the 1800's! Everyone who owned it must have loved it. Can't wait to see you work your magic on this gizmo!

    1. I know! It always amazes me that things like this last for hundreds of years but so much of the stuff being built today is built to only last a few years and be replaced. It definitely shows it's age, but that's a lot of what I love about it, it has character. =)
